TurtleStudio manages local model inventory, acquisition/import, mount state, runtime tuning, and backend lifecycle from one operator surface.

The northbound interface is designed for interoperable OpenAI-style clients while local backend services remain separately managed.

LAN adapter binding, token posture, firewall handling, loopback access, and validation are explicit operator controls.
